Khaleej Times: CJP Turns Protest Win Into Listening Drive

DUBAI / NEW DELHI Gulf English daily Khaleej Times has put Cockroach Janta Party's next phase on its Asia desk: not another Delhi sit-in, but a nationwide "listening drive" meant to turn street pressure into a written youth agenda.

Digital journalist Meher Dhanjal's 7 August report says that from 1 September, the self-described pressure group plans to travel across India, log young people's concerns in person, and fold that material into a campaign branded 'Kya Bolti Public' ("What does the public say?"). Insights from the tour, KT reports, will feed a Youth Reform Charter.

Four pillars. According to a CJP release cited by the paper, the charter rests on Holistic Education Reform, Education-to-Employment Integration, Institutional Accountability, and Solidarity Alliances. Whether the Youth Reform Charter becomes a detailed policy document or a campaign pamphlet is not yet shown in the KT copy. Dipke's reported refusal to register as a party is a strategic claim, not a legal filing; any future registration would need separate primary confirmation. Exact nationwide tallies of protest participation and jobless rates cited in broader CJP coverage remain contested across outlets and are not re-litigated here beyond what KT and the named Indian papers state.
