CJP forms National Working Committee: Dipke national convener, Das and Ranka co-conveners

Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) on Thursday announced its National Working Committee and inaugural national leadership roster after a two-day core-team meeting at founder Abhijeet Dipke's residence in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, multiple national outlets reported.

Dipke (30) was named National Convener. Chief spokesperson Saurav Das (27) and spokesperson Ashutosh Ranka (30) were named Co-Conveners. The announcement came at a press conference after the conclave; Ranka announced Dipke's name as national convenor, The Indian Express said.

CJP said it had fixed zonal leadership across North, South, East & North East, and West. Indian Express and TOI both name Baliyan (North), Mallangi (South), Bhardwaj (East & North East) and Ingale (West).

Six-month expansion roadmap

A CJP statement quoted by India TV and Indian Express said:

"To execute the roadmap, the National Working Committee has ratified the inaugural national leadership roster. Over the next six months, the CJP will establish State Coordination Committees as well as Lok Sabha and city-level coordination units across India."

The outfit also said it would launch a membership drive through its website, inviting students, young professionals and workers. It clarified it is not collecting funds as part of that campaign (TOI).

Not a political party — yet

Office-bearers said CJP will not turn into a political party any time soon and will work at the grassroots.

Saurav Das told PTI (TOI): "Adding one more political party is not useful at this time. We will work at the grassroots level." He added: "We are launching a membership drive through the website. Students, young professionals and workers can join to raise their voices unitedly."

Ranka said the core committee spent the past two days in Sambhajinagar preparing the movement's next phase: "We have begun a massive fight for systemic change in the country" (Indian Express). On X he congratulated the new office-bearers and said the country was looking on with hope.

Context: Kya Bolti Public

Earlier the same day / cluster, CJP said it would launch the "Kya Bolti Public" outreach next month to interact with people on issues nationwide — covered separately. The NWC is the organisational structure meant to execute that roadmap.
